Activewear

If you are an avid runner, bodybuilder or some form of athlete, whether professional or in your mind, there are a million reasons to be happy because women consumers and fashion designers are embracing sports-inspired clothing as an important part of their style. Remember back in the day when you had to wear sweat pants and a t-shirt to the gym? Some of you may be too young to remember a time without a huge selection of yoga and track pants. Today, there are so many styles to choose from, so much so, that it is hard to choose which one to buy. You’ll be standing in the store for hours trying to choose the perfect gym outfit.

Skirts

Those of us who wear them can agree that skirts are easily accessible and comfortable. It doesn’t matter what shape, texture, color, material or size it is, any kind will do. My favorites are jean skirts, A-shaped skirts and leather skirts. Jean skirts are my go to if I want that old school 90’s look and it goes great with a pair of tennis shoes. I choose an A-shaped skirt when I’m going out with friends, on a date or to a day at the office. They go well with blouses and blazers. When I want to feel like being a rebel I wear one of my leather skirts. You know you are wearing a great leather skirt if it is flexible and won’t be tight enough to cut off your circulation. If you are brave and don’t mind the stares from your coworkers, try wearing it to work with a white blouse and a pair of classic stilettos.

Clothes that have Pastel Colors

Pastel colors are very popular in the summer because they are beautiful and goes well with the summer theme. They are light and elegant and brings out the color of any skin. All colors, whether they are vibrant red, green, lavender, pink, baby blue, or bright yellow, pastel looks are perfect for the warm weather.

Checkered Clothing

Checkered clothing are often overlooked because people are afraid buy them. Most feel that style is not going to look good on them. However, if it is worn correctly it can be a great addition to your wardrobe. Checkered patterns can be worn with any other solid colored clothing as long as they have at list one similar color that matches between both articles of clothing. For example, if you have a checkered shirt that is blue, red and white you can wear a blue, red or white pair of pants, shorts or skirt. You can also keep it simple with black or jean bottoms because both are universal colors.

Sheer Clothing

We all love the way a piece of sheer clothing feels on our skin when a cool breeze hits us. The softness of the fabric feels like a day in heaven. Sheer clothing is comfortable and light on the skin. Be careful when wearing this type of clothing, especially in a business setting because it may attract unwanted eyes. Make sure you wear a camisole top or shorts underneath this see through fabric.
